How we work
A first conversation — email, video or in person — establishes the facts, the deadline and the document set. We then tell you what can be answered on the papers, what cannot, and what a proper opinion will involve. You instruct in writing. The opinion stays with you.
Cross-border clients use this route constantly: a UAE company, a UAE property, a relative in the Emirates, or a contract governed by UAE law while the board sits elsewhere.
If the file has already become a dispute, the work moves to the relevant practice — corporate, family, litigation or otherwise. If it has not, this is the right door.
Abu Dhabi, Dubai and worldwide
This practice is available to clients in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and the northern Emirates, and to clients instructing UAEAZ from overseas by email or video. Court advocacy is conducted by licensed advocates before the relevant UAE court and level. Advice is given in Arabic and English.
